JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As the head of one of the investigation groups in Norrköping, you report to the local police area chief and are part of the local police area's management team, where you together are responsible for ensuring that assignments are carried out and for driving the authority's change and development work. As a group leader, you represent the entire Police Authority both internally and externally and work to strengthen trust in police operations.

The group consists of investigators working with various case categories within LPO Norrköping. As the group leader for an investigation group within the local police area, you, together with other investigation group leaders, are responsible for development work and implementation of action plans related to short- and long-term investigation goals. You are also responsible for following up and working with statistical data related to goal fulfillment, both at the individual and group level, as well as collaboration with other groups within the local police area and within the police area on indirect and direct investigation issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- Swedish police degree, or an academic degree relevant to the function.
- At least 6 months of continuous experience working as a manager.
- Experience working independently with investigations.
- Experience leading others towards set goals and results.
We consider it an advantage if you also have:
- Experience participating in/driving collaboration with community actors outside the police organization.
- Participated in management forums.
- Experience participating in change and development work.
- Management and leadership training for direct, indirect, and/or strategic levels.

As part of the selection process, tests will also be used.

Working hours: Weekly planned working hours, VP 5:2.
Start date: By agreement.
