About the Job
About Us
Trollnäs Preschool is a cooperative located in Bergnäset, in a picturesque area. We have 20 children aged 1-6 years. The preschool focuses on sustainable development and works inspired by Reggio Emilia, where we base our activities on the children's thoughts and ideas, with much of the teaching taking place outdoors.
We actively work to be an inclusive workplace where the goal is for all employees to feel seen and to contribute. We offer a workplace focused on development and trusting relationships.
About the Role
At Trollnäs Preschool, all children should feel seen, heard, and taken seriously. Every child should succeed at something every day. We work with social sustainable development where the values work is of great importance, focusing on strengthening the child's sense of self-worth, ability to socialize, empathy, and becoming secure as an individual.

You need to be able to communicate with people from various backgrounds, life situations, and experiences. As an employee at Trollnäs Preschool, you are responsible for ensuring that our pedagogical approach permeates your work. You actively and loyally engage in the preschool's daily tasks and pedagogical work based on our value platform, goals, and plans.
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for substitutes who can replace absent staff or work as resources to support the operations. This means you are part of the team and share responsibility for the children's day at preschool. You lead and support the children in their daily routines, assist with dressing and undressing, facilitate activities, and engage in their play. You may also have tasks such as organizing meals and routines around that, such as setting the table, washing dishes, and wiping tables. Part of the day is spent outdoors, where your task is to supervise and be present in the children's activities. You may also meet parents during drop-off and pick-up.
