About the Role

Our client located in Södertälje is facing a period of exciting changes and challenges and needs new support from an engineer with an interest in production and projects. You will act as a project manager related to machine procurement and machine installations.

You will have a central role within your production unit where you will have the opportunity to work with technical challenges, often in teams with other engineers and operators. You will have a fast-paced job with significant technical content.

Requirements

You have a Master's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial economics. We also expect that you have 3-5 years of work experience in machine installation or similar tasks in a production environment.

You have a burning interest in technology and an analytical ability but are not afraid to work hands-on and spend a large part of your time in production. You will continuously learn and develop in your role and look forward to taking on more responsibility as you prove your capability.

Complex problem-solving is something that drives you, and you solve problems in a structured way. You are a down-to-earth person with good communication skills and realize that the team is stronger than the individual.

As a person, you are driven and fearless and have an interest in personal development. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

This position is part of the AFRY Future Graduate Program (see more below) and means that the door is open for employment both at AFRY and our client after an initial fixed-term employment at AFRY.

AFRY's Future concept takes place in collaboration with the client, and during the assignment, you will get to try out the consulting role while gaining valuable insight into a very exciting client from day one. After completing the Future assignment, there is an opportunity for further employment both with the client and AFRY.
