As an HR Business Partner at Distriktstandvården, you will have a senior and operational role closely collaborating with our Regional and Clinic Managers. You will be part of our HR team of three and play a vital role in developing a modern and value-creating HR support for the entire organization.
The role is broad with an emphasis on operational management support, where you independently handle labor law issues and drive union negotiations. You are a reliable sounding board and provide qualified advice in daily operations.
At the same time, you work strategically to develop and simplify our HR processes, including through digitization and creating more efficient and user-friendly working methods.
Another focus area is leadership development. In the role of HR Business Partner, you coach managers in their daily work and also develop and lead training that strengthens sustainable and secure leadership within the organization.
This position is suitable for you who want to combine strategic initiatives with operational HR work – where you contribute every day to creating the best possible conditions for our managers and employees.
Are you the one we are looking for?
To succeed with us, we believe you are a confident and communicative person who easily builds trust and finds solutions together with the business. We are looking for someone who works independently, structured, and with high integrity. You are proactive, unafraid of new tasks, and enjoy both taking initiative and driving things to completion.
We see that you have:
- Post-secondary education in HR, behavioral science, or equivalent
- Several years of experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role, where you have had the opportunity to be close to the daily work of managers
- Very good knowledge of labor law and confidence in independently driving union negotiations
- Experience in leadership development – both coaching managers in their daily work and developing, leading, and conducting training that makes a real difference
- Experience in developing, improving, and digitizing HR processes and working methods in a way that creates both simplicity and clarity in the organization
- Good understanding of change management and the ability to support managers and employees through changes in a responsive and structured manner
- Experience from healthcare, dental care, or other regulated activities where quality and safety are central parts of daily operations is a merit
