About the assignment
We are looking for several recruiters for our client in Stockholm for assignments starting immediately and lasting until the end of June 2026. The assignment is full-time, and you will work during office hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the client's office in central Sundbyberg. There is no possibility for remote work.
Your responsibilities
Independent work with individual or all steps in the recruitment process, including establishing job requirements, advertising, selection, interviewing, and reference checking
Independent work in executing individual steps in the search process
Establishing employment decisions
Consultative support to hiring managers
Proactive recruitment or search
Background checks and security assessments according to the Security Protection Act
Your qualifications
University degree of at least 180 credits (120 ECTS) with a focus on human resources or a degree assessed as equivalent
At least three (3) years of documented work experience in the HR field with a focus on recruitment
Experience recruiting in various competency areas (e.g., IT, finance/administration, law, customer service, etc.) or at different hierarchical organizational levels (e.g., manager, middle manager, specialists)
Documented experience in competency-based interview methodology
Documented experience in managing candidates in a digital recruitment support system
