We are looking for a system administrator who wants to work with advanced simulation solutions in the aviation and defense industry. The role is part of Concept and Marketing Simulators at Saab Aeronautics in Linköping, where the focus is on developing and managing simulation environments for prototypes, concept development, tactical scenarios, and marketing. The tasks span hardware, operating systems, real-time systems, networks, and information security, giving you the opportunity to follow the entire chain – from idea to implementation and operation.

We are looking for someone with a broad interest in technology who thrives in an environment where you can work hands-on with everything from networks and operating systems to troubleshooting and installations. You are flexible, curious, and unpretentious about different technical platforms and see the value in documenting your work in a structured way. You appreciate variety, enjoy solving problems, and easily adapt when circumstances change.

• Relevant post-secondary education
• Several years of work experience in technology/system administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

For this position, you must undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations, which may require certain citizenship.

• Experience with Linux and Windows (extra points for Linux)
• A personal interest in technology, such as building computers or following technology development
