About us

Innovitaskolan Kalix preschool consists of four departments, two for younger children (1–3 years) and two for older children (3–5 years). Our learning environments are designed to promote independence, exploration, and creativity. Here, children meet caring adults who inspire, challenge, and support their learning and development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed preschool teacher and is passionate about children's learning and development.
• Feels joy and enthusiasm for your role and is confident in your professional role with a 1-3 year group.
• You are a co-researching educator who can challenge children in everyday life through play and imagination and have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues.
• Sees the value in working with projects and themes where children's curiosity is at the center.
• Wants to help develop learning environments where children can influence and explore their surroundings.
• Contributes with engagement, security, and joy at work in the team.
