Engaged Special Educator/Special Teacher Wanted!

We are now seeking an engaged special educator who wants to help shape an inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

As a special educator with us, you will have the opportunity to work across two school units - Porsnässkolan 4-6, located at Backgårdsskolan in temporary modules, and Sjulsmark School, which is a K-6 school with beautiful outdoor environments and close to nature. You will be a central person in our educational team and work closely with the principal, teachers, student health, and guardians to create the best conditions for all our students.

We are looking for someone who

Has a special education degree or is a special teacher with relevant orientation, and is passionate about creating conditions for all students' learning. With your relationship-building and empathetic approach, you build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues.

You are structured and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You see opportunities in challenges and dare to think outside the box when existing solutions are insufficient. Experience working in primary school is an advantage, and you communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

• Pedagogical leadership - You drive special educational work forward through collegial learning, guidance, and professional development.
• Mapping and investigation - You analyze students' learning situations and propose pedagogical adjustments and measures.
• Collaboration - You work closely with the student health team and are an important voice in our systematic quality work.
• Development work - You contribute to developing learning environments that promote inclusion and accessibility for all students.
• Support and guidance - You manage and support educators in everyday teaching and pedagogical challenges.
