About the position

As a project manager at Caverion, you will be a key person in our work to create sustainable and efficient technical solutions for the hospital area. You will have a central role where you lead projects from idea to finished solution and ensure that everything is carried out with high quality, within budget, and according to schedule.

You will work closely with our client Hälsostaden Ängelholm and be an important contact person in the dialogue regarding technical improvements and maintenance. The role is broad and varied, allowing you to combine strategic work with practical project management and technical administration. Here, you will be part of an engaged team with freedom under responsibility and a coaching leadership that encourages initiative and development.

Responsibilities

In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating technical projects related to property management and maintenance for Hälsostaden Ängelholm. You will work with both planning and execution and have overall responsibility for the success of the projects.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Drive projects within technical management and planned maintenance
• Be responsible for PU plans and regulatory inspections
• Work with budgets, forecasts, and cost follow-up
• Conduct investigations and propose technical solutions
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate suppliers

Your profile

For the role of project manager, we are looking for someone with experience in leading technical projects and an interest in properties. You have the ability to take responsibility for the entire project process, from planning to execution.

• Post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in electrical, ventilation, control, and regulation technology as well as construction contracting
• Ability to handle regulatory inspections
• Knowledge of BAS P and BAS U
• Independent, proactive person who communicates easily with others
• Structured working method and good collaboration skills
• Enjoy taking responsibility, solution-oriented, and unpretentious
