The role of a substitute teacher with us

As a substitute teacher, you will work where needed for the day – in the classroom or at the after-school center. You assist with teaching, support students, and contribute to a safe and calm environment. During after-school activities, you lead activities and are there to help the students.

You will cover for regular staff when they are absent and need to be flexible, responsible, and comfortable meeting new groups and situations.

Your profile

You collaborate well with others and meet both students and colleagues in a responsive and friendly manner. You are flexible, service-oriented, and easily adapt when circumstances change. You see opportunities in changes. You can express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, which is necessary in daily work.

We are looking for someone who is at least 20 years old. Previous relevant experience and/or education in pedagogy is an advantage.
