Trönningenäs is located about 5 km north of Varberg. The preschool is newly built and has space for 80 children. There are two home bases, Eneskär and Balgö. The preschool focuses on sustainable development and natural sciences. Trönningenäs is close to both forest and sea, and we often spend time outdoors, either on foot or with our cargo bikes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You are a curious and engaged preschool teacher with a solid grounding in the preschool curriculum. Together with the team, you can plan, implement, document, and analyze teaching as part of the systematic quality work. In the team, you contribute to developing the operations towards national goals, always with the children's best interests in focus and with a commitment to sustainable development.

Through play and accessible learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, you create conditions for all children to develop as far as possible.

A language development approach is fundamental to providing children with the best possible conditions for lifelong learning. You communicate well in Swedish and also have competence in alternative communication.

The current position is a temporary position at Eneskär, which is a younger children's department for ages 1-3 years. The position is 40% and is scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays, in addition to occasional meeting days.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, ability to collaborate, and a positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher.

Varberg Municipality has a political decision regarding the desired employment level. This means that the employee has the right to work full-time or desired part-time.
