About the Position

We are looking for a service-minded and responsible onsite technician for an assignment with our global client in Lund. As an onsite technician, you are a vital part of the local IT team and work closely with end-users. You ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly, from computers, printers, and conference rooms to providing technical support where it is truly needed. The work takes place on-site at the client's office in Lund, so a B driver's license is required, and you must be flexible with possible short business trips.

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months where you will be employed by us at Cleverex Bemanning. There may be an opportunity for an extension.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to users regarding printers, conference rooms, and computers
Install and deliver computers, phones, and accessories
Document cases and create user-friendly instructions
Work with systematic troubleshooting and act during disruptions
Assist colleagues and end-users with technical expertise – with a particular focus on service and accessibility

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has completed high school education, preferably with a technical focus
Has a B driver's license
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
Has experience in IT support and documentation in case management systems

Meritorious:

Experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments

You are curious, engaged, and thrive in a role where you help others succeed in their everyday lives. This position requires you to be approved in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions with our client that require security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.
