Responsibilities

Working in healthcare administration at the dermatology clinic involves an exciting variety of tasks with a strong focus on the patient.

The tasks are varied, including coding, booking, some dictation transcription (we use speech recognition), referral management, patient contacts via phone in TeleQ, and support for patients as needed. We work with improvements and innovative thinking, and some tasks may arise based on requests and personal abilities.

We are developing healthcare administration and see an exciting time ahead with new ways of working. Being involved in shaping the future's tasks where the organization focuses on the resident and employees together creates room for development.

About the Workplace

The Dermatology Clinic Halland consists of the dermatology outpatient clinics in Halmstad and Varberg. The clinic works in close collaboration across the county. Our working method is team-based and strategic with a focus on residents. We work to achieve good care and contribute to patient safety, accessibility, and that care quality is continuously maintained, improved, and developed according to our goals. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary with documented education in healthcare documentation. Experience with financial administrative systems and invoicing is an advantage, as such tasks will be relevant within the assignment.

To thrive with us, you need to be engaged, have a pronounced service mindset, and be able to work both independently and in a team. The work requires good collaboration skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
