We are now looking for a production technician for assembly at a well-established industrial company in Vara. The role is suitable for you who want to work closely with production, contribute to improved working methods, and be an important part of developing efficient, stable, and quality-assured assembly processes.

As a production technician in assembly, you will work to develop, improve, and secure assembly processes in line with changes in products, volumes, and working methods. You play an important role in ensuring that production operates efficiently, ergonomically, and according to established quality requirements.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and other technical functions. You are often out in the operations and act as a link between technology, process, and operational production.

Your tasks may include:

• Development and improvement of assembly processes and workflows
• Analysis of production, identification of improvement opportunities, and implementation of measures
• Participation in the industrialization of new or changed products
• Optimization of workstations, layouts, and assembly sequences
• Support to production in case of deviations, problems, and changes
• Work with standardization, documentation, and continuous improvements

We are looking for someone who is technically curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys a role with many contact points. You collaborate easily, are happy to share your knowledge, and enjoy translating theory into practical solutions in production.

We prefer that you have:

• Relevant technical education, such as a bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or vocational training in production technology
• Production technical experience from assembly or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in improvement work and production development
• Good technical understanding and interest in industrial processes
• Ability to work in a structured manner and drive issues from idea to implementation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
