An important part of the role is to work with Active Alignment processes, where optics and sensors are actively adjusted and optimized to achieve the highest possible precision in our camera systems.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with both production and development to analyze data, optimize processes, and implement new products and machine platforms.

The role requires technical understanding and close cooperation with development and production teams to create robust and scalable solutions. You will also have recurring contact with international suppliers to develop, upgrade, and install new equipment in production.

Your main tasks:

• Identify and implement improvements in automated production processes

• Work on the development, optimization, and stabilization of Active Alignment processes

• Analyze production data and propose technical solutions for increased robustness and performance

• Participate in industrialization projects for new products and machines

• Collaborate with international suppliers on machine upgrades and new installations

You work in a structured and meticulous manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and easily build good relationships in a dynamic environment – both within your team and in collaboration with other departments. At the same time, you are curious about new ideas, techniques, and working methods, and have the ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical and value-creating solutions.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in industrializing production equipment

• Experience in automated production
