About the role

We are looking for a warm and quality-driven career counselor who wants to work part-time in both Rusta och matcha (ROM2) and Career Guidance (KVL). You will be responsible for individual conversations, structured group activities, and accurate documentation – with a focus on progression and results.

Responsibilities

• Individual guidance: goal, activity, and career plans, follow-up, and progression.

• Group activities: labor market, study paths, application processes.

• Documentation: attendance, activities, and decisions in relevant systems (e.g., Workbuster/Mina Sidor).

• Collaboration: contact with the Employment Service and other stakeholders according to the requirements of the assignment.

• Quality: work methodically according to FFU/AFFS 2023:1, internal routines, and quality management systems.

Qualifications

• A degree in career counseling is required.

• Excellent ability to structure, document, and follow processes.

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Experience with the Employment Service's assignments and documentation requirements is an advantage.

• Advantageous: MI/DMO/Egan's model, multilingualism, familiarity with Workbuster/Mina Sidor.
