About International English School Kista
International English School (IES) Kista is part of Sweden's largest and most successful network of bilingual schools, accepting students in grades F–9. IES Kista has 640 students and 79 employees. We follow the Swedish curriculum where up to 50% of the teaching is conducted in English.

We are now looking for a certified Spanish teacher for grades 6–9.
About the position
As a Spanish teacher at IES Kista, you will:
- Teach Spanish to students in grades 6–9 in accordance with the Swedish curriculum (Lgr22).
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about your subject.
- Be a leader in the classroom with the tools to create a calm study environment.
- Plan, execute, and assess engaging and well-structured lessons.
- Adapt and differentiate your teaching to meet students' diverse needs and levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the modern languages department and in other teams.
- Contribute to the school's positive and international atmosphere.
Information about the scope of the position: The position is 50% and involves teaching one group in grade 6, one group in grade 7, one group in grade 8, and one group in grade 9.
Qualifications
- Teaching degree and certification in Spanish for grades 6–9 (Swedish teaching certification).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Experience teaching in an international or bilingual environment is an advantage.
- A structured, engaged, and professional approach to teaching and teamwork.
