Do you want to work closely with children in a small and safe preschool environment where you truly make a difference every day?

We are now looking for an engaged preschool assistant for our smaller preschool in Nacka with immediate start. The position can be a longer temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment, or a permanent position directly depending on the right person. The position is 85-100%

About the role

At the preschool, you work in a smaller team where everyone collaborates closely and where relationships with children and guardians are at the center. You are an important part of the children's daily lives and contribute to a safe, joyful, and developing environment.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Participate in and plan educational activities together with other educators
• Create safety, structure, and good care throughout the day
• Support the children's social and linguistic development
• Be involved in outdoor activities, meals, and daily routines
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed high school education or preschool assistant training
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has previous experience working with children and youth, such as involvement in sports associations, youth activities, tutoring, babysitting, or similar
• Is warm, present, and responsible
• Has good teamwork and initiative skills
• Thrives in a smaller organization where flexibility and team spirit are important
• Can start working immediately
