Vittra Schools, one of Sweden's leading independent school companies with 24 preschools and primary schools across the country. Your Mission

Do you want to work in an inspiring school environment where every day makes a difference? We at Vittra Vallentuna are now looking for engaged substitute teachers who can step in as needed in grades F–9 and in after-school care. As a substitute with us, you may be offered substitute jobs at short notice as well as longer assignments to cover planned absences.

As a substitute teacher, you will replace regular staff during their absence. The tasks vary and may include:

• Conducting lessons according to planning.
• Supporting students in the classroom.
• Supervising breaks and other tasks that are part of the school's daily routine.
• Working in one of our after-school groups before the school day starts and/or after the school day ends.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a positive and reassuring demeanor who enjoys interacting with children and young people. You need to be flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations. You should also be clear, calm, and structured.

It is highly appreciated if you can step in at short notice, as the need for substitutes often arises on the same morning.

Previous experience in schools or education in pedagogy is an advantage but not a requirement.

The position is a fixed-term employment. Start date is according to agreement.
