We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented vocational teacher for the Child and Leisure Program, focusing on pedagogical and social work, who wants to help develop our students' knowledge, professional identity, and study habits in a safe and stimulating school environment.

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in the Child and Leisure Program according to the curriculum and subject plans with a focus on vocational relevance and student-active methods.

• Assess and document students' development and provide clear feedback and support for progression.

• Collaborate with colleagues and workplace contacts to create and maintain relevant internship placements.

• Participate in systematic quality work and contribute to the development of pedagogical methods and the school's value base work.

• Relevant teaching certification (required for permanent employment) or other qualifications for teaching within the subjects and levels of the Child and Leisure Program.

• Experience in vocational preparatory teaching and collaboration with the labor market is highly meritorious.

• Strong ability to plan, structure, and document teaching as well as adapt teaching to students' needs.

• Strong ability to build trusting relationships and match the right student with the right supervisor and internship placement.

• You are communicative, relationship-building, and have a clear and professional view of students.

• Ability to work both independently and in teams, as well as a willingness to contribute to the school's development work.
