Chas Academy is a vocational college in tech and IT that trains the developers, testers, and other digital specialists of the future. Our programs are developed in collaboration with the industry to meet the skills needs of the labor market.

As an education manager with us, you play a key role in ensuring that our programs maintain high quality and meet the needs of the labor market. You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and development of one or more vocational training programs.

You work closely with students, lecturers, and companies and are an important link between education and working life.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of the education
• Support and coach students throughout the program
• Work closely with companies and ensure internship placements
• Drive and participate in management group work together with industry representatives
• Follow up on course evaluations and work on quality development
• Ensure that the education meets the requirements of the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education
• Participate in the work with applications and development of new programs

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education (vocational training or university)
• Experience in project management, educational activities, or a coordinating role
• Good administrative and digital skills
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience from vocational colleges
• Experience from the tech or IT industry
• Worked with educational development or quality work
• Experience collaborating with companies and working life
