We are looking for more dedicated staff for our new school in Sollentuna – Hermods Adult Education

About the Position

Hermods in Sollentuna is now seeking more dedicated and competent staff for our adult education. We are looking for you who are interested in working as a substitute teacher, fixed-term employee, or permanent employee, depending on the needs of the operation and your availability.

The positions involve teaching within adult education, and assignments may vary in scope over time. For substitute positions, it is also possible to combine the assignment with ongoing studies.

Responsibilities

As a teacher or substitute at Hermods, you will work with:

• Planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on applicable governing documents
• Assessing and documenting students' knowledge development
• Working in digital systems for teaching and administration
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
• Collaborating with colleagues, special educators, and school management

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed teacher or in training to become a teacher (especially relevant for substitute positions)
• Have experience in teaching adult education, SFI, or basic/high school level (meritorious)
• Have good digital skills and experience working in digital learning environments
• Have a good ability to meet adult students with diverse backgrounds and conditions

Meritorious:

• Experience working in Omniway
• Experience working in Alvis

Employment Type
