About the position

At Humana Trumslagarbacken, we work with a person-centered approach – the wishes and needs of each elderly person are our priority. As a summer substitute, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful everyday life for our seniors. Together with colleagues in a positive work environment, you make a difference every day!

Working hours: Schedule with varying hours (day, evening, weekend, and night) during June–August.

Employment level: part-time/full-time.

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start date: Introduction April-May 2026

What does the role entail?

As a care assistant with us, you will have a varied and rewarding job. Your tasks include:

• Planning and executing daily tasks together with your colleagues.

• Documentation and handling of any deviations.

• Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible attitude. You enjoy collaborating but can also take your own initiative and work independently.

It’s a plus if you have experience in person-centered work, and we believe you are good at building relationships and keeping morale high in all situations!

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained care assistant. A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding protected professional title is required.

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Please note that you need to be able to present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. We require a criminal record extract.
