Job Description

We are now looking for an occupational therapist to join Nära Vård's rehab team in Västerås.

In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, as well as guidance and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

You should enjoy working in a flexible and challenging environment and thrive in a team-based approach, collaborating closely with HSL teams and nursing assistants.

You will be part of the rehab team, which offers great opportunities for personal development as an occupational therapist and to gain broad experience within your employment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize and lead. You enjoy mentoring staff in health care matters and are motivated to organize work in the best way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

• Licensed occupational therapist

• Driver's license (B)

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in private care

• Experience in primary care
