About the Workplace

Praktikertjänst Vårdcentralen in Fagersta is now looking for additional colleagues.

The health center has been operated by Praktikertjänst AB since December 1, 2022. The health center has 10,300 registered patients. Good relationships with municipal home care and regional services exist.

The operation is staffed only by permanently employed specialists in general medicine, consisting of 7 experienced colleagues equivalent to 5.0 full-time positions, and 3 ST doctors in general medicine. In addition, there are AT doctors and regularly recurring medical candidates.

We place great importance on well-being and further development of the current operations. The facility is not adjacent to any emergency department. Based on this, there is close collaboration with the ambulance service in Fagersta. With a certain increased distance to emergency departments, the general medical assignment becomes somewhat broader with increased learning and greater variation.

Job Responsibilities

Learning for younger colleagues is a central part of our operations. We have two regular medical meetings per week, and all specialists in general medicine have supervisory competence. All different professional perspectives need to be present in a workplace; here we have clear perspectives, including the teacher perspective.
