The Operations
We are looking for hourly and summer substitutes for our operations within elderly care, which includes home care, Viljan (short-term accommodation), Hemgården (nursing home), and Klockarbergsgården (dementia care). As an hourly substitute, you will be booked via Timecare Pool, which allows you to influence when you can work and how much you want to work. Opportunity for scheduling during the summer period. To work nights, you must be a trained nursing assistant.
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant/caretaker/care assistant or have previous experience in care and nursing. It is important to enjoy taking responsibility and to be able to work independently as we often work alone.
Job Responsibilities
The work as a nursing assistant/care assistant with us means that you provide support and service based on the individual needs of the user and are responsible for ensuring that the user receives good care. The work involves interventions both in the user's home, special housing, and short-term accommodations. Main job responsibilities include assisting with personal care such as showering, toilet visits, meals, etc., based on individual needs, performing health and medical interventions, carrying out service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc., and working and documenting in various systems.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment and have completed or are currently studying at the high school level. To work nights, you must be a trained nursing assistant. To work in home care, a B driver's license is required. You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms to communicate with users and other staff and to document what the operation and work require. We perform language mapping before employment. Nursing education and/or experience in care and nursing is advantageous.

Working Hours/Duration
Scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and weekend. Alternatively, scheduled night shifts.
Summer substitutes from 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-31.
Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period. Start date by agreement.
