We are now looking for a dedicated district nurse/nurse for a longer temporary position who wants to become part of our team. The health center in Fagersta is located in the countryside in the northern part of Västmanland and has been operated by Praktikertjänst AB since December 2022. It is a health center that has undergone significant changes in recent years. We have seven permanent general practitioners, district nurses, nurses, BVC/MVC, and all other professions included in the primary care assignment.

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse/nurse with us, the work is very varied and includes telephone advice, chat, outpatient work, planned and acute visits. The work is very independent but also requires the ability to work as part of a team. We work in the Cosmic journal system and use the TeleQ telephone system.

Qualifications

Licensed district nurse or licensed nurse, preferably with experience in primary care.

As a person, you are positive, flexible, and engaged. You are humble and empathetic. You are good at prioritizing and have excellent collaboration skills. You have the ability to work independently and in a group and enjoy being involved and want to help develop our operations together with us. We place great importance on your personal qualities and expect you to be someone who contributes with commitment and joy at work.
