About Tujagården

Tujagården is a somatic nursing home with 36 apartments located close to nature and just a stone's throw from Skiljebo center, making it easy to take a walk with our residents. We work with a contact person system and close collaboration with our nurse for the best care of our residents. We have a chef who prepares meals on weekdays, and staff take care of dinner and all meals on weekends. We work with the concept of "Home-cooked meals" so we bake and make it as cozy as possible for all meals. We actively work in the garden to encourage residents to be outside as much as possible, and our activity coordinators ensure that we have meaningful and good activities every day.

• You have a group manager who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations.

• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from dogs.

• We are constantly looking for new, exciting activities together with and for our residents.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in team meetings and write social documentation. You will, of course, receive delegation for medication and insulin.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also required, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.
