Your tasks

As a specialist nursing assistant, you ensure that our customers receive the right support based on their individual needs. Your customer visits are planned according to your competence, where you support customers in their daily lives and perform interventions that require in-depth and specialized knowledge. Through a holistic perspective, you capture changes in customers' situations early and work preventively.

An important part of the role is to mentor and coach colleagues. You serve as support in questions such as the first meeting with the customer, establishing implementation plans, or in complex care situations. You also contribute to knowledge dissemination through training initiatives in your specialist area, sometimes even to other operations.

You actively participate in quality and development work and have the opportunity to be part of various networks. Together, we develop working methods, approaches, and shape the role of specialist nursing assistant going forward.

The positions are full-time, and the work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. We are recruiting for our units in Öster, Väster, and Centrum/Norr – where you have the opportunity to move every day with a bicycle as your primary work tool!

Your competence

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on psychiatry, dementia, or multi-sick elderly. You have several years of experience working in care and support, and it is advantageous if you have worked with people with dementia or mental health issues. Since the work involves many contact points and documentation, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

You have a development-oriented approach to work and easily adapt to the needs of the organization. Inspiring, mentoring, and supporting colleagues comes naturally to you, and you have a pedagogical approach. You take responsibility for your tasks and have a good ability to plan your work.

Before you can be employed, you need to present an approved extract from the police's criminal record.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
