About the Job

We are now looking for an IT support technician who wants to work broadly with support and operations at a growing company in Solna. The role suits you who enjoys dialogue with colleagues and likes to solve problems both independently and together with others.

You will be part of a smaller IT team with close collaboration and short decision-making paths. Here, we help each other, share knowledge, and take joint responsibility for ensuring that the IT everyday life works. The culture is unpretentious and solution-focused with great trust in the individual's competence.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with IT support at first and second line levels for the company's employees. You will handle ongoing support cases, troubleshooting, and administration in a modern IT environment focusing on Windows and Microsoft's cloud services. The work is done closely with the business, and you play an important role in creating a safe and functioning IT everyday life for your colleagues.

In addition to daily support, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improvement work, documentation, and development of working methods and routines. The role is broad and suits you who appreciate variety and want to influence how IT support develops over time.

Qualifications

Education and Language:
• Relevant education in IT, computer science, or equivalent practical experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

Technical Skills, Requirements:
• Experience in IT support, first line and second line
• Good knowledge of Windows clients, Windows Server, M365, and SharePoint
• Troubleshooting experience with PC hardware and peripherals
• Experience in account management, access administration, and system support in a corporate environment
• Basic understanding of IT security, patching, and secure routines
• Basic networking knowledge such as IP addresses, dynamic and static allocation, and internal and public traffic

Meritorious:
• Advanced networking knowledge in DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall basics
• Experience with Dynamics, SharePoint development, or M365 administration
• Knowledge of PowerShell or basic scripting
• Experience with documentation and understanding of requirement processes

• Service-oriented and comfortable in dialogue with users at different levels
• Self-driven and structured with good organizational skills
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and proactive, and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear
• Good communication skills and can explain technology in an understandable way
• Helpful and unpretentious attitude towards tasks

Other:
• Availability for on-call duty or work outside regular office hours if needed
• Placement at the office in Solna with the possibility of some remote work by agreement
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
