We are looking for two lead integration developers for a business in the energy sector. You will take clear technical leadership in the team by setting direction, supporting architecture and design decisions, and ensuring quality in deliveries. The role combines hands-on integration development with coaching developers and driving technical improvements for sustainable, secure, and scalable solutions.

You will be part of an agile team with analysts, developers, testers, and application specialists connected to the integration platforms. The work may involve both new development and maintenance, such as migration from legacy to new platforms as well as refactoring and further development of integration flows.

• Guide the team in architecture and design choices and ensure quality and progress in the development work
• Implement integration flows in Apache Camel on a Kubernetes platform
• Document design and system solutions
• Work with XML and conversion between different XML formats
• Participate in maintenance work such as troubleshooting, fixing, and testing new and existing integrations
• Drive and execute migration of integrations to a new integration platform
• Participate in project deliveries and contribute to the team's continuous improvement
• Contribute to the introduction of new technical capabilities

• Experience in taking technical leadership in development teams (e.g., as lead/tech lead) and supporting architecture and design decisions
• Experience in integration development with Apache Camel
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with XML and conversion between different XML formats
• Experience in documenting design and system solutions
• Experience in maintenance work including troubleshooting, fixing, and testing
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not allowed)

• Experience in migrating from legacy to new technology platforms
• Experience in refactoring existing integrations
