We are looking for a senior system developer with leadership experience for a larger program in the implementation phase within the energy sector. You will strengthen an agile team working on the development, maintenance, and support of system solutions in both projects and management, including applications related to control systems. The assignment is part of a comprehensive digitization effort that supports the energy transition, where methods for simulation and control are realized with modern platforms and working methods.

You will work closely with roles such as requirements analysts, system developers, and testers, and also collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and product owners.

• Interpret and translate architecture and security requirements and contribute to system design
• Develop system solutions focusing on backend, but also some frontend development
• Act as Scrum Master and ensure that the team works according to the Scrum framework and agile principles
• Coordinate daily work and manage the backlog in consultation with requirements analysts and product owners
• Configure and further develop the CI/CD environment
• Produce, update, and maintain system documentation
• Handle maintenance issues such as incidents, troubleshooting, and bug fixing, and support operations-related activities

• Senior experience in system development (5-9 years of experience)
• Experience working in agile teams
• Experience leading teams in an agile context, including the role of Scrum Master
• Experience in backend development as well as some frontend development
• Experience with Python
• Experience with React
• Experience with FastAPI
• Experience with SQLAlchemy
• Experience with CI/CD
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience working closely with project managers, solution architects, and product owners
