We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or internal projects and commitments.

Your profile (Must requirements)

• University education of 120 credits/180 ECTS in IT. Or at least 10 years of relevant work experience in system development or IT architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience, from the last 10 years, working as a Scrum Master in an agile team. Responsible for facilitating agile processes, coaching the team (at least 3 people), and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed (without formal personnel responsibility), as well as facilitating meetings and workshops with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of experience, from the last 10 years, in backend development. The experience should include at least 3 years of development in Python, as well as experience in at least 1 additional backend language.
• At least 3 years of experience in frontend development in React.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Experience working with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy for at least 1 year (can be parallel or separate).
• Experience in manual testing and test automation in at least 1 project. Also, has applied at least 1 modern architectural pattern (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
• Experience using Docker and OpenShift in at least 1 project and has worked with Pandas for data processing in at least 1 project, supported by code examples or references.
