We are looking for a senior ServiceNow expert who will be a central part of a development team that further develops and manages an established ServiceNow instance. The environment is characterized by close collaboration between technology and business, with a clear focus on quality, stability, and long-term management.

The team works in sprints according to Scrum. In this role, you will have increased responsibility to support the team's delivery capacity by sharing knowledge, coaching colleagues, and contributing deep ServiceNow expertise.

• Contribute advanced ServiceNow expertise to increase the team's delivery capacity.
• Develop and further develop increasingly complex functionality on the platform together with the team.
• Lead the development and management of the ServiceNow instance together with the tech lead.
• Coaching and training of junior developers to improve code quality and work methods.
• Allocate recurring time for knowledge transfer and skills development within the team.
• Work systematically with quality assurance and risk management in deliveries.

• Very high competence and extensive experience in ServiceNow development (senior level).
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Structured working methods with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• Good ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to manage multiple parallel tasks or projects.

• Additional relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience from large and complex organizations.
• Experience with ServiceNow on-premise instances.
• Experience with older ServiceNow instances.
• Long, documented experience with ServiceNow over time.
• ITIL certification.
