We are looking for a senior requirements leader with deep domain knowledge in asset financing for a comprehensive change program where a new core system and a new front solution will be implemented. In this role, you will ensure that the business needs are captured, structured, and translated into clear and traceable requirements that can be realized by IT teams and external suppliers. You will be a central link between business and technology and contribute to ensuring that the requirements are anchored, prioritized, and consistent throughout the program.

• Plan, lead, and follow up on requirements work within selected parts of the asset financing business.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and working meetings with business representatives and specialists.
• Map and document the current state and target state (as-is/to-be).
• Identify and document business requirements, information requirements, and reporting and follow-up needs.
• Document requirements in, for example, BRD, use cases, and/or user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Develop process descriptions (BPMN or equivalent).
• Capture requirements for data, integrations, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure traceability between business goals, requirements, design, and testing.
• Manage priorities (“must”, “should”, “can”) and changes in the requirements landscape.
• Act as a bridge between business (e.g., sales, partners, credit, back office, and finance) and IT/suppliers.
• Plan and lead requirements workshops, decision meetings, and ongoing check-ins.
• Drive structured decisions regarding scope, priorities, and trade-offs together with product owners, program management, and business owners.
• Support product owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Work closely with solution architects, system suppliers, and development to ensure that the solution meets the requirements.
• Support test leaders and test teams with materials for test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in and/or lead business and acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to the development of training and change materials where requirements affect working methods.

• At least 10 years of experience as a requirements leader/analyst in larger IT and business projects.
• Documented experience in asset financing, such as vehicle financing, machinery and equipment financing, as well as leasing and installment sales through dealers/partners.
• Deep understanding of key concepts and processes in asset financing, such as leasing, installment, residual value, collateral, interest rates, fees, and repossession.
• Experience leading requirements work with many stakeholders and complex dependencies.
• Very good ability to document requirements in a structured, clear, and target group-adapted manner.
• Experience working in both agile and more traditional project models.
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

• Experience with the implementation or replacement of core systems and/or front systems in asset financing.
• Experience in requirements work for front solutions/portals for sellers, partners/dealers, and customers.
• Experience with integrations against, for example, credit information companies, ERP, CRM, risk and scoring engines, and asset registers.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and accounting principles (e.g., consumer credit, AML/KYC, GDPR, IFRS 16/K3).
• Certification or training in requirements management (e.g., IREB/CPRE, REQB or equivalent).
