We are looking for a SAP Cross Functional Lead/Architect to ensure end-to-end functional coherence and design quality across an S/4 program. You will complement domain architects by focusing on process integration and cross-stream design decisions, ensuring alignment between business needs, SAP standard capabilities, and the long-term roadmap within a retail context.

• Provide program-level functional oversight across logistics, finance, sales, and master data
• Guide functional design decisions based on S/4 best practices and process integration
• Act as an escalation point for cross-stream functional design conflicts
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP standard capabilities, and long-term roadmap
• Collaborate with solution and integration architects to ensure cohesive end-to-end design
• Support leadership with clear functional impact assessments and recommendations

• Deep hands-on experience in S/4 functional design within one or more core domains
• Strong understanding of end-to-end retail business processes
• Experience from large transformation programs with multiple functional streams
• Ability to balance SAP standardization with business needs

• Experience working in environments with multiple architect and business stakeholder interfaces
