We are looking for a senior solution architect with deep ServiceNow expertise to join a team working in sprints according to Scrum. You will be a central part of transforming the organization's needs into sustainable solution proposals and guiding the platform towards a more manageable direction by reducing technical and design debt.

The assignment involves close collaboration with business analysts, tech leads, and developers, where a key part is to coach and strengthen the team's junior developers on how to implement solutions with the right quality and sustainability.

• Translate the organization's needs into concrete solution proposals for ServiceNow development.
• Work closely with business analysts and participate in dialogues with stakeholders.
• Develop overarching architecture and design that reduces technical debt and design debt.
• Make and anchor technical decisions together with the tech lead and other senior developers.
• Coach and educate developers, with a particular focus on providing clear guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure quality in deliveries through a structured approach with quality assurance and risk management.

• Senior experience as a solution architect within ServiceNow.
• Certification: ServiceNow "Certified System Administrator".
• Experience collaborating with both technical teams and business-oriented teams.
• Structured working method with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• Good ability to work independently.
• Good collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.

• Additional relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience from large public organizations with high scope and complexity.
• Experience with ServiceNow on-premise instances.
• Experience with older ServiceNow instances.
• Long and broad previous ServiceNow experience.
• ITIL certification.
