We are looking for an experienced system developer in ServiceNow to join an established development team in a larger public organization. You will be an important part of a team with both senior and junior developers, where the assignment has a clear focus on delivering robust solutions while also contributing with coaching and knowledge sharing.

The work is conducted agile in sprints according to Scrum and involves further development of a ServiceNow instance with a long history and extensive custom functionality.

• Independently develop and enhance functionality in ServiceNow based on the organization's needs.
• Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders to verify needs and conditions.
• Ensure high code quality with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• Contribute to the team's working methods in sprints according to Scrum.
• Coach and support junior developers through close collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Very high independence and experience in delivering development with very high quality in larger assignments.
• ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator.
• Experience collaborating with both technical teams and business-related functions.
• Structured working method with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Additional relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience from larger regions or organizations with corresponding scope and complexity.
• Experience with ServiceNow on-premise instances.
• Experience with older ServiceNow instances.
• Longer, documented experience working with ServiceNow.
