We are looking for an experienced information architect/informatician to join a team responsible for information architecture and informatics related to integration profiles and data sets for patient record information. The assignment involves translating business requirements into clear specifications for information exchange and application in a broad range of services, in an environment with many stakeholders and complex information flows.

The focus is on the new and further development of data sets as well as planning and implementing a transition to a new technical transfer format (REST-FHIR). The work is also influenced by new legislation regarding healthcare documentation and EU regulations concerning patient data (EHDS).

• Drive practical work within informatics and information architecture using established methods and models.
• Translate business requirements into specifications for information exchange and use in services.
• Plan, execute, and document the work's implementation, decisions, and results together with the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the public sector, primarily in healthcare and social services, such as healthcare personnel, regions, municipalities, system providers, and national actors.
• Work according to the organization's project model (PPS) and applicable management systems.

• At least 4 years of experience as an information architect, business architect, or informatician.
• Experience in driving work within information architecture and/or informatics in a larger organization with complex information exchanges.
• Experience in independently planning, driving, executing, and following up on work.
• Experience from the public sector and collaboration within the public sector.
• Completed at least 3 assignments involving information gathering and the development of information models.
• Completed at least 2 assignments that included collaboration with other actors in the public sector.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing (the team's working language is Swedish).
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with REST-FHIR.
• Experience related to patient record information.
• Experience from work influenced by EHDS or regulations regarding healthcare documentation.
