We are looking for a Strategic Process Leader for Dynamics 365 implementation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced strategic process leader to work on a large project where the client is transitioning their business system to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role serves as support to the project management with the task to:

• Establish a common structure for how processes, working methods, routines, and roles should be described in the project.
• Ensure that local process descriptions can be merged into a coherent whole.
• Ensure the connection between processes/working methods/routines/roles and central technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain templates, concepts, examples, and quality criteria.
• Support operations and workflows with guidance and follow up on compliance.
• Identify inconsistencies and drive improvements at the organizational level.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in process and working method work in larger organizations.
• At least 5 years of experience in establishing common models/structures used by multiple parts of the organization.
• At least 3 years of experience from larger change/implementation initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience in a normative/coordinating role without line mandate.
• Documented experience in creating consensus between operations with different working methods.
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Documented experience in visualizing and presenting complex relationships clearly and pedagogically to different target groups.

Desirable Competencies

• Experience working in public sector.
• Experience in collaboration between development, change management, and implementation.
• Experience in quality assurance of working methods before decision points and implementations.
