We are looking for a senior software developer with leadership experience who wants to contribute to a comprehensive digitalization effort within the energy sector. You will join a program in the implementation phase and work on the development, maintenance, and support of system solutions in both projects and operations, including applications for control systems and methods for simulation and control.

The assignment is carried out in an agile team with several competencies, where you are expected to combine hands-on development with supporting the team in working methods and priorities.

• Interpret and translate architecture, security, and design principles into solution proposals
• Develop systems with a focus on backend, and contribute to frontend as needed
• Take an active role as Scrum Master and ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and agile principles
• Coordinate daily work and manage the backlog in consultation with business analysts and product owners
• Configure and further develop CI/CD environments
• Create, update, and maintain system documentation
• Work with management, incident handling, troubleshooting, and bug fixing, as well as support operational activities

• 5–9 years of experience as a software developer
• Experience working in agile teams
• Experience with Python
• Experience with React
• Experience with FastAPI
• Experience with SQLAlchemy
• Experience leading teams in a Scrum context (e.g., as a Scrum Master)
• Ability to collaborate with roles such as project manager, solution architect, and product owner
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience in development and implementation projects beyond maintenance
