Are you a consultant or interim looking for a new assignment in Delphi within the security industry? Read on!

We are currently seeking an experienced Delphi consultant for an assignment in the security sector, focusing on the further development and management of a comprehensive business system. This is a longer full-time assignment on a consultancy basis, with a planned start in February 2026. You will be part of a team working with both older and more modern technology while supporting customer-specific change needs in the system.

As a Delphi consultant in this assignment, you will play a central role in a technically important system used in critical processes within the security industry. You will work closely with both internal development teams and business representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The assignment involves a variety of tasks and great opportunities to influence the results in close collaboration with the team.

This is what you will do with us

• Familiarize yourself with, further develop, and contribute to a comprehensive business system with complex business rules and customer-specific needs
• Develop new functionality and manage orders from multiple customers that need to be implemented
• Collaborate in a team with both older and more modern technology
• Perform integrations and work with backend functionality against servers and databases
• Support planning for future modernization and technical solutions

Your team and workplace

You will join a team with both legacy system expertise and resources working with more modern technologies. The team is geographically located in Stockholm and Lund, with the possibility of hybrid work and physical meetings once a month if desired.

More about you

• You have experience in system development in Delphi / Pascal
• Experience with Microsoft Server / MSSQL
• Worked with integrations to other systems (e.g., financial systems and services)
• Understanding of server architecture and infrastructure areas
• You have a good understanding of complex business systems and can quickly grasp technical details
• You are independent, proactive, and enjoy driving tasks forward
• You are used to working in teams and communicating clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• You value delivering robust and well-structured code
