Project Manager and Program Responsible for SafeZone Secure Environment
Do you want to be the hub of one of Sweden's most specialized security environments? We are now looking for a project manager and program responsible who wants to lead and coordinate our work with SafeZone Secure Environment - a security-critical product used by customers with high demands on robustness, security protection, and regulatory compliance.
With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both technical specialists and a dedicated product owner while contributing to solutions that strengthen Sweden's total defense and societal security.
About SafeZone Secure Environment
SafeZone is Combitech's product for creating secure, isolated, and accredited IT environments for organizations that need to protect information, operational environments, and workflows at the highest security level. The platform enables controlled operations, traceability, compliance, and safe handling of critical societal information. SafeZone is used by organizations where stability, compliance, and high security protection are absolutely necessary.
The Role
As the project manager and program responsible for SafeZone, you will play a central role in keeping everything together - from strategy and planning to delivery and follow-up. You are responsible for coordinating the work, gathering the right competencies, and ensuring that the product is developed and delivered according to customer requirements and applicable regulations.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating the SafeZone program with a focus on delivery, structure, timelines, and quality.
- Ensuring that SafeZone meets regulations and customer security requirements at every stage.
- Acting as the program-level contact point for the customer: status, priorities, planning, and governance.
- Leading cross-functional working groups, steering committees, and internal forums related to the program, such as security protection, accreditation, requirements management, and documentation.
- Supporting sales and business development efforts related to SafeZone through documentation, planning, and anchoring.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with the product owner, who is responsible for technical direction, design decisions, architecture choices, and technical priorities. You will be the one who keeps everything together, while the product owner owns the technical choices - together you create a strong and effective team.
We are looking for someone who
Thrives in a role where structure, security, communication, and coordination are central. To succeed, we believe you have:
- Experience in project management or program management within technology, IT, or security-related areas.
- Understanding of security protection, accreditation, information security, or regulatory requirements.
- Experience in driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders and clear formal requirements.
- The ability to document, structure, and drive progress.
- Good communication skills - both internally and with customers.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience from security-critical environments, government agencies, or defense-related projects is a merit.
As the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security screening with a background check.
Selection is ongoing. We look forward to your application!
