System Developer .NET

Ö-borgen IT is our internal IT company responsible for support, maintenance, and development of technical solutions for all companies in the group. We work with everything from business systems and accounting systems to e-commerce, project management tools, and internal applications.

We are growing and looking for a System Developer .NET who wants to help develop our solutions. In this role, you will contribute throughout the entire process – from idea and specification to development, testing, delivery, and maintenance – and be part of creating systems that make everyday life easier for everyone in the group.

Responsibilities

As a system developer with us, you will be involved in the entire development process – from idea and specification to development, testing, delivery, and maintenance. You will work with business systems and apps used by several of our companies, and have the opportunity to influence the design of the solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Participating in specification and planning of new features and solutions
• Developing, testing, delivering, and maintaining business systems in .NET
• Working with web development, databases, apps, and modern .NET frameworks
• Contributing to product development and improvement of existing systems
• Collaborating closely with the team and stakeholders in a humble, creative, and curious environment

In this role, you will have the responsibility and freedom to shape the solutions while working with modern technologies and frameworks that keep you updated within the .NET ecosystem.

To be considered for this position, you need to have:

• Experience in system development in .NET, or a relevant education in .NET, computer engineering, or software development (YH, university). A broader engineering education with a good understanding of various frameworks and programming languages may also be relevant.
• A self-driven and solution-oriented approach as well as attention to detail in what you do.
• Good collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to the whole.
