About the role

As a consultant at Nexer Engineering, you will drive and develop test automation in one of our assignments in the Gothenburg area. In this role, you can work both strategically and operationally, for example by coding tests and helping our clients set direction for how they can work with test automation moving forward.

This may involve:

• Developing and implementing automated tests in various frameworks

• Integrating tests into the CI/CD pipeline together with development and DevOps teams

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining test frameworks

• Supporting teams in test automation tools and methodologies

• Identifying improvements and driving change

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in test automation and a drive to develop both tools, methods, and people. You are analytical, structured, and enjoy collaborating. Above all, you are passionate about improving quality through smart automation!

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• At least five years of experience in test automation

• Good programming skills in languages such as Java or Python

• Experience with various testing frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit

• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

• Familiarity with Linux and an interest in CI/CD

  Meritorious: 

• LabView

• Kubernetes
