About the role

As an IT Coordinator, you will be part of our dedicated team that ensures the management of traffic-related equipment works in everyday life. The role is broad and combines inventory management, system administration, and support for other IT teams. You help tie together the whole – from inventory flows and contracts to configurations and system support.

The work involves daily contact with both internal teams, suppliers, and the business. The role is critical for us to deliver quality and operational reliability, but it is also changing, giving you the opportunity to influence and develop over time.

In your daily work, you will, among other things, work with:

Inventory Management

• Have an overview and responsibility for inventory management
• Follow up on contracts and procedures
• Maintain contact with suppliers through operational meetings and site visits

System Administration of IBM Maximo

• Conduct business analyses and requirements specification
• Perform tests, controls, and simpler configurations
• Create and update instructions
• Conduct training sessions

Administration and Support

• User administration and record maintenance
• Procurement of materials and services
• Invoice management
• Support in procurement and case management

Who are you?

You work analytically, have an eye for detail, and feel comfortable managing many parallel tasks.

Since the role involves contact with English-speaking suppliers, you need to be able to communicate in English – but it is sufficient that you feel comfortable with simpler technical dialogue.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience or good understanding of maintenance and inventory management
• Worked with IT systems or system support
• Completed post-secondary education in the field or equivalent work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• Ability to communicate in English when contacting suppliers

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in system administration or administering IT systems
• Knowledge of IBM Maximo
• Experience in invoice management or contract follow-up

Terms and Application

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Gothenburg. The role has existed for a long time and is important for our operations, but we are now reviewing how it should develop going forward. Therefore, you can, together with us, help shape the assignment. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

The position may involve travel to our various offices in the Västra Götaland region. Depending on the assignment, the position may also be classified in a security class.
