“What makes me thrive here is the balance between modern technology and how we collaborate. We create solutions that actually make a difference — and we do it in an environment where everyone contributes and no one is driven by prestige. A typical week can take me from stable backend logic to exploring new AI opportunities in Azure, while constantly gaining new perspectives from my colleagues around me. For me, it’s hard to imagine a better place to grow!” - This is how Felix describes why he truly feels he is in the right place here at Fellowmind and in the Digital Intelligence team!

About the position

As a developer with us, you will work closely with both business and users. The role is broad and varied, and you will have the opportunity to:

  • build user-focused frontends,

  • Work with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep) and modern DevOps practices

  • build and integrate AI features via Azure AI Foundry and Hive AI, Fellowmind's own AI framework that makes it easy to create secure, scalable, and business-relevant AI services

  • work closely with customers through demos, feedback loops, and rapid iterations

We believe you are
  • A developer with 3–5 years of experience, preferably from the consulting or product development world

  • Confident in C#/.NET and/or Python, with a good understanding of modeling, APIs, and asynchronous flows

  • Used to building solutions that are scalable, secure, and easy to further develop

  • Curious about working with AI services in Azure AI Foundry
