We are now looking for a digitalization coordinator who wants to drive the development of our digital workplace and strengthen the organization’s digital maturity.

In this role, you will work both operationally and strategically, playing a central role in developing digital working methods, creating structure, and supporting our employees in the digital transition. The role is strategically important to ensure a modern and future-proof digital workplace.

As a digitalization coordinator, you are a key enabler of innovation, efficient processes, and good information management. By identifying new solutions, spreading knowledge, and driving change, you contribute to sustainable digital development that directly impacts both the work environment and patient safety.

The Orthopedics department operates at all three hospital sites: Sahlgrenska Hospital, Östra Hospital, and Mölndal Hospital. Your workweek will be distributed across all three sites, but your primary workplace will be at Mölndal Hospital.

Responsibilities

As a digitalization coordinator, you will primarily:

• Drive the development of our digital workplace
• Lead and coordinate digitalization initiatives that strengthen the organization’s digital development.
• Identify needs, propose improvements, and create conditions for effective digital working methods.
• Monitor digital trends and solutions relevant to our operations

Support managers and employees

• Provide support in questions related to digital working methods, system usage, and structure for digital information.
• Educate, guide, and create materials that facilitate the introduction of new digital working methods.
• Support the organization in matters related to information security and information classification.

Coordination and change management

• Drive and follow up on digitalization activities within the organization.
• Create structure, coordination, and clear working methods around digital development.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and improvement.

About you

We are looking for someone with an education focused on system science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer. Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a good understanding of digital systems and the opportunities of digitalization in organizations.

Furthermore, we prefer candidates who have previously worked in supportive/advisory roles within digitalization and/or technical support and have a broad knowledge of digital systems. We place great emphasis on good collaboration skills, initiative, and the ability to think innovatively. As a person, you are flexible, analytical, service-oriented, and possess good communication and social skills. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

For the position, it is required that you have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
