Job Description

The Customer Solution unit is responsible for delivering business development and IT within a larger national retail organization. The team at the current location is responsible for providing IT services to the organization’s marketing function and communications operations.

The work involves the development and management of applications and solutions related to marketing, offer management, customer loyalty, customer communication, campaign dispatch, and e-commerce services. The organization is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation and works closely with the business to realize solutions for both current and future digital needs.

The assignment involves, together with a team consisting of a Delivery Lead and software developers, developing and managing solutions with a focus on robustness and flexibility for both internal users and end customers. The work is conducted in a self-organizing team according to agile methodology, with close collaboration within the product team and with other parts of the organization.

Development takes place in a communication platform for digital and printed customer dispatches. The team delivers communication via multiple channels, such as email, SMS, physical mailings, and digital mailboxes.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of documented experience in programming in any coding language and good knowledge of SQL
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with communication platforms or similar systems is an advantage
• Interest in form, color, and layout is a plus
