Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a background in system administration and technical support, who thrives in a role with many contact points and a clear service mission.
Requirements and qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in system administration and technical support
- Basic knowledge of networking and server administration
- Very good experience in case and incident management
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Certifications or post-secondary education in IT, system administration, or related fields.

What does the role entail?
As a system administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, management, and further development of systems within ILS/IPS. Integrated Logistics Support and Integrated Product Support aim to ensure that systems and products can be maintained and supported effectively throughout their lifecycle. You will play a vital role in ensuring stability, functionality, and that the systems meet both technical and business requirements.
The role is varied and combines technical work with user-facing support, collaboration with suppliers, and continuous improvement efforts. You will work proactively to optimize both operations and cost-effectiveness, while contributing to a high user experience.
Tasks include:
- Management and monitoring of systems within ILS/IPS
- Handling of cases, incidents, and client environments
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems
- Implementation of system updates and improvement measures
- Collaboration with external suppliers and work with IT security.
The assignment is a consulting position starting early in Q1 and lasts for 12 months, with a possible transition to employment. Travel may occur in the assignment as colleagues are located in other locations. The scope is 100%. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial credit checks.
